Its "AB two-component" design requires proportional mixing and curing, enabling precise replication of shoe shape details while meeting the core requirements of hardness, tear resistance, and aging resistance for shoe molds.

Pouring method: Slowly pour the mixed silicone rubber into the fixed master mold cavity (the master mold must be secured with clamps in advance to avoid displacement during pouring). The pouring speed should not be too fast to prevent air bubbles from being trapped. Curing conditions: Cure at room temperature (25°C) for 4-8 hours. If acceleration is needed, cure in a 50°C oven for 2-3 hours (note: temperature increase should be gradual to avoid localized overheating causing silicone cracking).
